Training & capacity building

Various kinds of training have given to farmers and unemployed youth by Sanstha, ranging in duration of training from 1 day to 7 days. In Sanstha and Institute of Horticulture Technology more than 50000 trainees have received trainings in various courses majorly in mushroom cultivation, vermicomposting, nursery raising techniques, protected cultivation of vegetables, Greenhouse management and Production, Canopy management in fruits, Good Horticulture Practices, Organic Agriculture and other courses. Trainees across various states including farmers, extension officials/officers and entrepreneurs attended the trainings.
